PadelPlanning B.V. (hereafter: "PadelPlanning", "we" or "us") attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain what data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have.

2. What data do we process?

We only process the data you provide to us yourself through the contact form on this website:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Name of your padel school
  • Estimated number of lessons per week
  • Your message or question

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

Scheduling a demo

To arrange a free demonstration of PadelPlanning with you.

Following up your request

To answer your questions and process your request.

Customer service

To contact you about your use of our platform.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in order to provide you with information about our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@padelplanning.nl.

5. Retention period

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact requests are kept for a maximum of 2 years after your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use processors (such as email services) who process personal data on our behalf. We have concluded data processing agreements with these processors in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Cookies

PadelPlanning uses only functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work correctly (session cookies). We do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access: You can request which data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification: You can have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your data.
  • Right to restriction: You can have the processing of your data restricted.
  • Right to portability: You can request your data in a commonly used format.
  • Right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Send your request to info@padelplanning.nl. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

9. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version is always on this page. We will notify you by email of any significant changes.
