What does Instructor management & planning do?
The instructor module gives every coach their own dashboard with their upcoming lessons, availability and lesson history. Instructors log their own available times and submit days off — the system takes this into account automatically when assigning lessons. At the end of each month PadelPlanning automatically generates an invoice per instructor based on their hourly rate and the number of lessons taught. This saves hours of admin and prevents disputes about payments.

How does it work?
Create an instructor profile
Add instructors with their contact details, specialisations and hourly rate. Link them to locations and give them their own login.
Manage availability
Instructors fill in their own availability from the dashboard. Holidays and absences are passed to the schedule planner automatically.
Automatic invoicing
Each month the system automatically generates invoices per instructor based on lessons taught and the configured hourly rate.
