What does Customer portal & online bookings do?
Every padel school gets its own public booking page on the PadelPlanning platform. Players see only genuinely available slots in real time, choose their location and pay straight away by iDEAL or card. Timeslot locking holds a place during checkout so double booking is impossible. After payment the player automatically receives a confirmation email. The page is fully responsive and works perfectly on smartphones.

How does it work?
Activate your page
Activate your booking page in the settings. You immediately get your own URL to share via your website, social media or a QR code.
Players book
Players pick a lesson, select their timeslot and pay straight away by iDEAL or card. The place is held during checkout.
Automatic processing
After payment the booking is processed automatically, the player gets a confirmation email and the lesson appears in your admin dashboard.
