Player & participant management
A central player database with level management, waitlist management and AI-driven matching. The Open Spots Matcher automatically places the right player in the right slot — based on level, day, time and preference.
About this feature
What does Player & participant management do?
The player database is the central register of your padel school. For each player you manage level, age, contact details and lesson history. The waitlist module automatically registers players who sign up for full lessons. The AI-driven Open Spots Matcher analyses available slots and automatically matches the best-fitting waitlisted player — based on playing level, preferred day, time and personal preferences. Bulk assignment lets you add several waitlisted players to rosters at once.

How it works
How does it work?
Register players
Add players manually or let them register themselves through the booking page. Set their playing level and add contact details.
Manage the waitlist
Players are added to the waitlist automatically when a lesson is full. You see in real time who is waiting and for which lesson.
Turn on AI matching
The Open Spots Matcher analyses available slots and automatically sends an offer to the best-fitting waitlisted player.

“The waitlist matcher saves me at least two hours a week. I used to ring everyone by hand — now the system handles it.”
— Administrator, Dutch padel school
