Tournament module
Run padel tournaments in several formats: single/double elimination, round robin or group stage plus knockout. Online entry, automatic brackets, a live scoreboard and payment via Stripe or Mollie.
About this feature
What does Tournament module do?
The tournament module is the most complete tournament management system for padel schools. You choose the format, open entries through a public sign-up page with a QR code, and the system builds the brackets and draws teams automatically. During the tournament you track the standings on the live scoreboard, which updates automatically. Participants pay their entry fee online via Stripe or Mollie. Afterwards player statistics (win/loss ratio) are recorded automatically.

How it works
How does it work?
Create a tournament
Choose the format, set the entry period and fee, and generate a promotional poster with a QR code. All in under 10 minutes.
Manage entries
Participants sign up through the public page and pay straight away. You see in real time who has entered and can adjust teams by hand.
Run the tournament
Start the brackets, assign courts and timeslots and update scores on the live scoreboard. Participants can follow the standings in real time.

“It used to take us a whole weekend to organise a tournament. With PadelPlanning, entries, brackets and the scoreboard are sorted in one afternoon.”
— Administrator, Dutch padel school
