Padel Academie Den Haag already ran tournaments, but everything went through an external tool, a Google Doc and an Excel bracket. "Reinventing the wheel every single time," says director Ahmed Saouli. "And then matching payments to entries by hand on top of that — it was a nightmare."

The Gold plan brought lesson planning, player management and tournament organisation together on one platform. Participants enter online, pay straight away through Stripe and follow their bracket live in the app. Instructors automatically receive their invoicing summary at the end of the month.
The result
After the switch
The most recent tournament had 48 participants — entirely self-organising. Ahmed and his team only had to prepare the courts. The live scoreboard page was viewed 340 times during the event.
